biography
Namrata Sangwan, a doctorate from PGIMER, Chandigarh, India, is an experienced researcher with a strong background in computer-aided drug design (CADD) and experimental neurosciences. Her expertise includes in silico modeling, and neuropharmacology, with a focus on ischemic stroke and drug-resistant epilepsy. She has conducted extensive research using MCAO and PTZ-induced animal models and is currently investigating non-opioid treatments for acute pain through Focused Ultrasound-Induced Peripheral Nerve Blockade, with an emphasis on rodent models in anesthesiology. She is dedicated to advancing her research in neuroscience and intends to pursue this work throughout her career.
